National Transportation Safety Board Reauthorization
The purpose of this hearing is for Members to hear from the NTSB regarding their reauthorization proposal and related transportation safety issues.
The NTSB includes the Office of Railroad, Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Investigations, which investigates all pipeline accidents in which there is a fatality, substantial property damage, or significant environmental impact.
