Dr. Everett’s testimony would have been laughable except that some people have taken it seriously. It’s riddled with elementary arithmetic mistakes, statistical follies, misleading visual aids, irrelevent word games, and such gross misrepresentations of the scientific literature that the authors he cites have since complained to congress.
